Penderyn are an award-winning whisky and spirit distillery in the foothills of the Brecon Becons in South Wales. The Legend whisky is matured in specially reserved ex-bourbon casks made from American Oak before moving on to mature in old Madeira barriques. A great all rounder of the traditional Penderyn house style, fresh apples and citrus fruit with a creamy fudge and sultana edge. Smooth with rich dried fruits, delicate and sweet on the palate with a hint of bitterness on the finish.
