From the small village of Bue in the very heart of the Sancerre region on the Loire in North-Eastern France, Janine and her son produce textbook Sauvignon Blanc. A small family concern that has been handed down over several generations. The vineyards cover just over 10 hectares in various plots, adding to the complexity of the finished wine.
