Ivan grew up surrounded by vineyards in the Toro region. Having trained and worked with different wineries in the area – including 12 years in the Tempos Vega Sicilia group in 2017 he decided to develop his own personal project he’d wanted to do since being a child. His goal is to give expression giving way to new Toro wines – to respect tradition but to look towards the future too.
