De Bortoli, La Boheme – Act 4 (New Zeland)
This red is a blend of Shiraz and Gamay, and is a medium bodied red, that pairs well with cheese. Easy drinking.
Munay, Malbec (Argentina)
A full bodied red, with lots of fruitiness, rounded and gentle with a long finish
Perlage, Anime, DOCG Prosecco (Italy)
This isn’t your average prosecco, (it has no added sulphites), Creamy, with an elegant yeasty note, full bodied with fine creamy bubbles.
White Castle, Siegerrebe (Wales)
Aromatic, fruit forward white wine, lots of flavour and not too acidic.
Domaine Les Ors, Limoux, Chardonnay (France)
An oaked Chardonnay with lots of flavour and is rich and rounded. My go-to Chardonnay.
Domaine Ogereau, L’enjouee (Loire, France)
This Chenin is fresh fruity and easy drinking, with good acidity to balance.
