Blue Slate Gin is a tiny distillery nestled in the lakeside town of Bala, in the Snowdonia National Park. Made only using botanicals that thrive in the region creates a palate of rich, flavourful and pure gin, using the mineral rich water from their mountain well sets the gin apart and roots it in the landscape. Treated with care from start to finish, the gin is bottled, sealed and labelled on-site, by hand.
The Gin is a juniper-led London Dry gin, rich with spicy pine leading to an elderflower-citrus heart and a long oak and heather-honey finish. Blended with fresh mountain water to a drinking strength of 42%ABV.
